The Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating is a leading, recognized and competitive agency in the field of quality assurance, both at the national and international scales, maintains an advanced research and human potential, modern material and methodological base.
The IAAR policy on internal quality assurance is focused on the continuous development and improvement of quality services in education, aiming to meet the needs of the state, society, the system of education, educational organizations and students in the context of globalization and integration into the international education space, taking into account new global trends. The IAAR activity is based on the principles of transparency, independence, objectivity, awareness, feedback and responsibility.
The Agency pays priority attention to the formation of a quality culture; continuous advancement of the internal quality assurance system that complies with the requirements of international and Kazakhstan recognition bodies; assuring the uniformity of the IAAR Policy and Development Strategy.
IAAR shapes the internal environment for the full involvement of all employees in the achievement of the set strategic goals and in resolving the tasks of the organization, takes care of ensuring competence, awareness, training, retraining and staff development. The agency works with the competent national and international experts in accreditation.
For accreditation and research purposes the Agency applies systemic and process approaches in the management of activities and resources. The IAAR development is rooted in the improvement of the internal management system and quality assurance; advancement of the process of accreditation, integration of science and education, innovation in order to respond flexibly to the social needs of society and market requirements.
