- Elaboration of instruments of quality assessment in higher education institutions
- Elaboration and enhancement of mechanisms ensuring objectivity in quality assessment in higher education institutions
- Organization of accreditation and ranking processes
- Transmission of objective quality assessment results in higher education to society and stakeholders
- Provision of information about the results of accreditation and ranking
- Information of society and education community through seminars, training, conferences about the results of accreditation and ranking activities and procedures of quality assurance
- Initiation of discussions about actual problems of quality assurance in education

Measuring the effectiveness of goal attainment

• External overview of activities of the Agency, for example by ENQA
