Regular Forum of International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (INQAAHE) was held in the capital of Estonia, Tallinn on 26-28 May 2014. The topic of forum was devoted to the “Partnerships in Quality Assurance in Higher Education”. The event was attended by the representatives of more than 60 countries and QA Agencies. In this year the Estonian Higher Education Quality Agency (EKKA) was a host for the INQAAHE Forum. On the framework of Forum following issues were discussed: engaging different groups of external stakeholders, such as employers and students; meaning of internationalization or globalization in quality assurance, changes in quality assurance with the increasing use of MOOCs and RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning), and increasing role of international and regional networks in QA as well.

Besides Forum included special preconference workshop, which examined how to implement and meet the INQAAHE Guidelines for Good Practice (GGP) and how to improve this guidelines with the help of all member agencies.

Together with this, in the end of first day according to the programme there was meeting of General Assembly of INQAAHE.
