Constant support and promotion of a culture of quality in education in order to increase the competitiveness of Kazakhstan's society and education through appropriate external quality assurance.

•  Work on the development of national system of quality assurance of education of Kazakhstan with using international experience
•  The rating study in higher, technical and professional education
•  A comprehensive analysis of the national system of quality assurance in education
•  Public awareness of the results of assessment of quality of educational programs and activities of educational organizations
•  IAAR as a recognized accreditation body
