On September 23, 2016 at the office of the Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating (IAAR) took place a meeting of the agency’s top management with the Moscow delegation of the Federal State Budget Institution “Main State Center for Education Evaluation” (“Glaveksperttsentr”) with participation of representatives of the Bologna Process and Academic Mobility Center of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The main activity of Main State Center for Education Evaluation is providing the authority of Rosobrnadzor on recognition of the foreign educational certificates since 2011. The center is carrying out this work based on the State task.

The delegation of “Glaveksperttsentr” was presented by the Director Vera Skorobogatova and Deputy Chief of the Assessment and Recognition of Foreign Education Department Yuliya Sidorova.

During the meeting the sides exchanged views on the quality assurance system and a system for the recognition of different levels of education in Kazakhstan and Russia.
