In 2014, the External Expert Commission IAAR assessed the quality of S. Baishev Aktobe University according to the standards of institutional and specialized accreditation.According to the decision of the Accreditation Council of the agency 5 educational programs were accredited for 5 years.

November 14, 2016 as part of the follow-up procedures an expert group has worked in the University on the post-accreditation monitoring.During the visit, within the framework of the Action Plan on the recommendations of the external expert committee, meetings were held with heads of departments and experts visited the research and production laboratories.
