External Expert Commission of Independent agency for accreditation and rating (IAAR) is working with the visit to Altynsarin Arkalyk State Pedagogical Institute. The commission's work is carried out within the framework of institutional accreditation.

The IAAR experts assess the quality of activities of AASPI by the new standards of institutional accreditation of higher education institutions, implementing programs of higher and postgraduate education, harmonized, according to revised standards and guidelines for quality assurance in the European Higher Education Area (ESG 2015).

The expert group was composed of representatives of the leading pedagogical higher educational institutions of Kazakhstan (Abay KazNPU, KazSWPU), an international expert from Ukraine (National Aviation University), representatives of employers and students.
