There was a meeting of the Commission in the direction of "Education" of the "Nur Otan" party under the leadership of curator and head of the Commission - Abdimanap Bekturganov. At the meeting, there was a discussion of topical issues of Kazakhstan's education system: licensing and state certification of educational organizations, as well as the transition to the international accreditation organizations of higher, technical and vocational education.

The meeting was attended by Vice-Minister of Education and Science of RK - Bibigul Asylova, Director of the Department of higher and postgraduate education of MES - Darkhan Ahmed Zaki, The deputies of the Majilis of the Kazakh Parliament, representatives of akimats of Akmola, Almaty, Atyrau and South Kazakhstan regions, the Director of the IAAR - AlinaaZhumagulova, Scientific consultant of the IAAR - Rimma Seydahmetova, representatives of the university community.

The main speaker was the Chairman of the Committee for Control of Education and Science of the MES RK - Akhmetzhan Primkulov. In the report A. Primkulov voiced the basic requirements for the recognition of accreditation bodies in the National Register. It is the presence of full membership in the European networks to ensure the quality and availability of Kazakhstan experts that make up 1/3 of the composition of the expert committee.

As a result of the discussion of the participants of the meeting reports on the transition to international accreditation, it was recommended:

- ensure the timely passage of specialized accreditation procedures for universities from 2017;

- carry out a preparatory work for the transition to the international accreditation organizations of technical and vocational education from 2020.
