Scientific consultant and Manager of international projects of the Independent agency for accreditation and rating (IAAR) took part in a round table to discuss the draft award grants model taking into account the income and professional abilities of applicants, passed on the basis of the Independent Kazakh Agency for Quality Assurance in Education (IQAA) .

The organizing committee of the round table was the JSC "Information-Analytical Center" of MES of RK. During the round table, it was discussed the concept of a new system of awarding educational grants based on the income and professional abilities of applicants and the appointment of social scholarships in Kazakhstan, the results of sociological research to identify the socio-economic status of the student, the method of calculation of social grants, taking into account students' living wage and household income.
